  2. FYI u/coinbasesupport does not actually do anything on this reddit. They will comment asking for a case number then reply saying they’ve escalated said case although they do no such thing. Not sure of the purpose behind it, probably trying to create an illusion that Coinbase have a functioning customer support team, which they very much do not.

    8 business days is nothing for a Coinbase response. Expect months of them closing your case automatically. It’s not something you want to hear but just be prepared for it. [Crypto.com](https://Crypto.com) on the other hand, if you lose your 2FA they will reset it for you same day.
