  1. It’s not positive at all. It means there are more and more individual investors. Which is what you see when assets are about to drop in value (or continue to drop like here), since individual investors are usually wrong (as an average).

  2. Are they actually able to tell what’s in a wallet that’s made up of a bunch of different UTXOs, if different addresses were used for each transaction?

    I see they say wallet and address on that page so it’s a little confusing.
