Plenty of used laptops for that price. You could also get a mini-desktop, though that’s not exactly what you’re looking for.
eBay, Lenovo Thinkpads, set your expectations low and you will probably be pleasantly surprised with what you end up with
Hey my friend there is something that may fit for you but sadly this isn’t a laptop but mini pc, look them up at Amazon they are cheap and fairly good ???????? I was thinking about buying one to test on windows and I found really nice setups.
Old thinkpads are cheap can get a lot for that
