How about adding that this is about Bitcoin, try some other reddit for Crypto?
In my experience this doesn’t help anyone, /r/BitcoinBeginners does it and it seems like people ignore it or get confused by it.
Instead of telling people not to talk to others in DMs, maybe we should try teaching them what information is and isn’t safe to share. Rules and warnings don’t make people smarter, so you’re just delaying the inevitable scamming unless you can teach them operational security.
