I recently read an article about the new EU-US data transfer agreement, the Privacy Shield, facing legal challenges in the EU court. This agreement was meant to replace the old Safe Harbor agreement, which was invalidated by the EU court last year. It’s concerning to see that the new agreement is already facing legal challenges. I’m curious to see how this will play out and what the implications will be for businesses that rely on data transfers between the EU and US. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
