  1. This exact same thing happened to me with Coinbase. They kept sending me a notice, saying I needed to take my photo again. After contacting Support, I discovered the problem was my handwriting wasn’t clear enough on the handwritten note. After creating a new handwritten note and taking the picture once more, my account was verified. (But of course, since it was Coinbase, they blocked transfers to and from the account.)
