Extra tales from my strike verification. It really verified my account after I despatched my passport photograph in 4 instances. Once I went on there to test it out it mentioned my account was being “reviewed” lol and I wanted extra verification. they responded with this like they’re working a Grindr account.

Update, they just decided to give me access and not require that step.
This exact same thing happened to me with Coinbase. They kept sending me a notice, saying I needed to take my photo again. After contacting Support, I discovered the problem was my handwriting wasn’t clear enough on the handwritten note. After creating a new handwritten note and taking the picture once more, my account was verified. (But of course, since it was Coinbase, they blocked transfers to and from the account.)
