  5. I tried to look around a bit . First I wanted to know what a “milk dog ” was. Not a term I’ve heard in the USA . A term used in China for ferral dog . Or what we refer to here as a “stray” . Then I searched common dog breeds in China . I have seen a lot of small dogs on Chinese videos . The Chinese Imperial -I clicked on images and there was one pic that looked a LOT like your little pup. I couldn’t post it here. The Chinese Imperial Dog is related to the Shih Tzu .My guess would be it’s at least half that . Has the correct coloring and fineness of fur . The body is a little taller and longer though. This link also has the picture of the dog that looks like your little friend.
