The instant drop with no news from 6K to 3K back in 2018 was the worst IMO. There was no news to explain it like FTX, price just crashed 50% in a few days and stayed at 3K for many months.
The FTX disaster at least made sense price wise and it was much shorter in length. Although, 2022 as a whole was probably the most difficult year to be a ‘crypto’ investor. So many bankruptcies, scams, market manipulation from FTX. A lot of people got totally wiped out in ‘22. 2022 was the most violent year on record for total capital destruction in ‘crypto’ history. So yea, if you survived you can handle anything.
