To make clear, I’m speaking about companies like MoonPay, Wyre, Ramp.community, and so forth. that let you purchase crypto with credit score/debit playing cards or Apple Pay/Google Pay. I do know that if Apple Pay isn’t used, most banks will code the crypto buy as a money advance, and a few gained’t even let it undergo. However, from what I’ve heard and my expertise, Apple Pay transactions sometimes undergo extra simply, and I’ve by no means heard of an Apple Pay transaction coding as a money advance. Does anybody have any information factors to indicate if a crypto buy with Apple Pay from an on-ramp would code as a money advance or not, and in the event that they do really undergo extra simply? I’d be curious to know what you all have seen. Thanks, and have a great one!
