  2. You can’t make an anonymous account on Coinbase. If you want to have no trace of you buying BTC you’ll have to sell the BTC you already have on Coinbase then use a decentralized exchange like [Bisiq](https://bisq.network/), [Robosats](https://learn.robosats.com/), [HodlHodl](https://hodlhodl.com/), [Peach](https://peachbitcoin.com/), or find a location that sells [AZTE.CO](https://azte.co/) vouchers or has a Bitcoin ATM.

    Edit: I think I may have read your post wrong. If you’re just looking to send Bitcoin to someone, they will not know your information if you send from your Coinbase account.
