(If you mean Tor *Browser*) There is probably not going to be any problem technically. The only potential problem would be if you accidentally used Chrome when you meant to use Tor Browser, and vice versa.
(If you mean Chrome+tor) You aren’t guaranteed any anonymity from this. But if you have some other reason for using it, it’s probably fine.
