I’ve got a similar thing going with extra steps. My employer offers a share for share match and after I have held a share for three years I get my unrestricted matching shares. I buy the maximum amount they are willing to match and once the shares have reached the 3 year vesting period I sell them and plow them into Bitcoin.
I may do this with my younger siblings
