Severe query… Why does not somebody go to El Salvador and get the eye of native residents by asking them to current their addresses to a spot like Twitter, or right here on reddit?

Why have not we seen this accomplished, in any respect? I would suppose it could spur loads of locals to get their addresses within the public eye. I would fortunately donate sats to folks down there, if I may really feel adequately snug that the funds have been going the place they claimed.

Like, arrange a dwell stream someplace so we will see them claiming their sats in actual time? This perhaps a bit a lot… However I am simply pondering out loud!

  1. I watched a video recently with a comedian that visited and discussed ₿. Please remember that would be like live streaming GirlScouts selling cookies door to door. Any of those vids become viral yet? I want some thin mints with ₿.

  2. There have been plenty of such “fund raisers” for vendors in El Salvador. I remember donating some sats via lightning to a “Minuta Mario” that I believe sells flavored shaved ice in El Zonte. But I’ve seen similar things for coffee shops, surf lesson companies, hostels etc

If your looking to charitably give, take a look locally. Probably lots of demand at your local food bank.
