Simple repair for not connecting to i2p websites on home windows

(it can be hard to notice the S and extra N if not careful.)

They can be easy to fall for if you aren’t cautious!
The i2p browser was not connecting to sites until I clicked start on the i2p client tunnel page which is found at http://127.0.0.1:7657/i2ptunnel

Uhm… well… did you happen to read the docs before discovering this feature?
Anyone have the link to Dread on I2P? Having trouble finding it.
