For Canada , shakepay, newton or bullbitcoin.com are best for smaller amounts
For large amounts Kraken would be best
You can fund an account on Shakepay with etransfers, and they don’t charge withdrawal fees to send to a personal wallet. It’s not exactly buying with a bank card, but it’s a simple process.
I’ve heard good things about some other Canadian exchanges, but haven’t used them so I can’t personally vouch for them. No matter which you use, make sure to research them.
Bitcoin Well has an etransfer option that sends your btc in less than a minute. I believe they have visa debit option too.
Try Netcoin, Ndax or shakepay
